What is going on with Woolworths online shopping? They constantly bill incorrectly and no-one is intersted in calling you back to sort it out. Their go to phrase is 'our aim is not to dissatisfy you' but they don't appear to be interested in satisfying their regular clients. Maybe they don't need the business...
