woolworths La Lucia Mall

i received very poor service from woolworths la lucia mall on the 13 November 2022 . They said on my card my details were faded .They asked me for proof of id . i gave them my drivers licence as proof which the cashier took .she went to the credit controller and the lady refused to update my card . Saying she needed an id. they even brought security as if i was a ***** . The manager was not helpful and did not care . To show how stupid they were i went to another store and bought an item . Donot treat real paying customerts as *****s . all should go for customer .service training .Please get your act together or i will close my account
