Woolworths La Lucia Durban , pathetic sales consultant

Had the most unpleasant experience at woolworths La Lucia mall cosmetic counter , at 15.30 today. Consultant by the name of Vilashnee, was busy chatting on her cellphone while I stood unattended for quite some time. I had to call twice to be assisted, (without a greeting). I requested prices, and was pointed to a pricelist (in condescending manner as though I was being an annoyance asking for a price) she then walked away and continued to chat on her cellphone. No additional info was given on products, no recommendations. I had been there a week before and purchased products from a delightful lady named verosha - I loved the brand so much that I came back to purchase additional products (that goodness for her recommendations that i was able to purchase what i needed despite the useless help I recieved today ) .I left completely disappointed and would rather buy products online in future. Please improve, if I had recieved the service I recieved today initially- I would have never bought into the skoon skin care brand.
