Woolworths Kromboom

Kromboom is my go to store... This feedback is not about the store itself but rather about the teller, Kaylin, we purchased a few items, but her attitude dampened my mood, making me feel as though I had done something wrong. She gave one-word answers to hubby and I , which made it difficult to communicate. When I asked about my Woolworths app, she responded with attitude, saying, "No, your husband already swiped." I made an effort to remain calm, but the experience was disappointing.

I’ve had countless positive interactions with cashiers at Woolworths Kromboom who were always happy to assist. I come to Woolworths for the excellent service and friendly demeanor that sets it apart from other retailers and food markets. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

Both my husband and I immediately connected on how her mood dampened ours. We understand it’s the holiday season and things can get hectic, but then kaylin should rather take the day off.

Trust we can keep friendlier faces at our Woolworth stores.
