Woolworths Kloof Street Branch

Dear Woolworths, I cannot count how many times since 2018 I have formally and quite verbally complained via varios channels re your Kloof Street branch. I was promised that they would improve, but I see no evidence in any improvements. You also keep emailing me surveys to complete, where I spent a lot of time giving my honest feedback, which are never followed up on.
