Woolworths Kloof - Disgusted with expired drink on shelf

I just want to alert members of the public of Woolworths Kloof. I purchased 2 winter warmer shots on the 1 November in the evening. Only to notice the next morning that the two shots were different colors, upon further investigating the one shot had already expired and had a date of expiry of the 30th October. I frequently buy this item and am shocked and disappointed with Woolworths for keeping expired stock on their shelves. Everyday they have clearing their shelves of food items about to expire so there should be no excuse for what happened. Taking the item back to the store proved to be another nightmare as my partner has to fill out a long tedious form for a refund card, when he produced the slip and the item.

I'm extremely disappointed with the assistance of the Store manager as I work in retail and my Store Manager would have not let a regular customer leave our store feeling dissatisfied.

So Woolworths Kloof what will you do to redeem your store, as if I consumed the item and got incredibly I'll due to your negligence, would you still be so cavalier ?????
