Woolworths ****arney - Refused plastic carrier bag

I was horrified at the experience I encountered with cashier number 2 at Woolworths ****arney Mall on 10 September 2017 at around noon. Cashier 2 does not greet and refused to provide me with a plastic bag for my goods. I ended up using the cellophane type bag to carry my purchase of two yoghurts and fruit snack pots. Is this the way customers are treated?
