Woolworths Kerk Street, Johannesburg-Gauteng

On the 03 May 2020, I went shopping at Woolworths Kerk Store -Johannesburg ,where we were refused entrance by a very rude *********** manager ,who was not wearing any form of identification and claimed that his name is Thabang

The rude *********** manager instructed me to leave my six year old daughter outside the store since the lockdown regulation does not allow children to enter the store,I tried to reason with him that I can not leave my daughter outside the store in the inner city of Johannesburg and also challenged him as to why other Woolworths allow children inside their shops provided they are wearing a mask.

The rude manager response was that i must leave the store and report him where ever because he does not care.

I have never seen such a rude ,*********** manager at any of the Woolworths stores ,I have been a loyal customer together with my husband for the past decade,and had never anticipated such an appauling and disgusting service especially from management of Woolworths, which is a highly reputable retail store in South Africa

I ended up shopping for winter clothes for my daughter at Campus square -Auckland Park ,where we were both treated with respect and dignity.

I respect the law and i am a law abiding citizen ,but with school closed,and I have no one to leave my daughter with at home, let alone leave her outside any Woolworths stores.
