Woolworths Kennilworth horrible service

I waz at Woolworths Kennilworth on 23/12/2024 and wanted to pay for some items uding vouchers. For the rotisserie chicken specifically, the cashier fid not know how to scan the voucher snd approached a more senior staff - a young lady eith blonde streaky hair. She proceeded to look me in my face and **** that the voucher was not for buttered chicken, but rather, a stick of butter. When I got a stick of butter to prove to her that she was wrong, she tried to gasligbt me by saying the voucher did not take because I was expected to pay in a difference even though the store had no butter for that price. I decided to leave because I had never received such poor service. As I was walking out, her and the cashiers uttered something and laughed. On 24/12/2024 I did some shopping in the Tygervalley bra0nch and had no problem using my vouchers. Some of the staff in Kennilworth branch really need to do better
