I received the worst service from Woolworths Kenilworth Centre as well as the customer care office whereby I was asked to wait nearly an hour for an activated voucher to be redeemed. The supervisor Danielle took my name and cell number but until today I received no feedback. Your staff will be the downfall of your reputation because the staff gets information and the customer care has a I can't be bothered attitude
