Woolworths keeping my money for the milk I bought 17days ago.

I bought milk online from Woolworths and my order was cancelled after 3 days with no delivery. To date I still do not have my money back or the milk. I'm told its going to take 21 to 30 days for refund and i must wait with no milk at home or money. I am very disappointed @Woolworths for being so unprofessional. Why advertise milk knowing that you do not have stock.
