WOOLWORTHS JUST DO NOT CARE!!!

About a month ago I app**** for a Black Credit Card with Woolworths which I qualified for and also received. I was never informed that I have to register with FICA and my card was blocked without me able to use it any further but eventually after been told via sms to register with FICA I went to the East Rand Mall branch to register and was told that it would take an hour and I will be able to use my card again. It is exactly 2 weeks later and my card is still blocked and I haven't heard from Woolworths since, even after I've send them an email. It is absolutely pathetic that an institution like Woolworths would ignore a Black Credit Card customer and give no service or feed back!!! I need someone in authority to contact me urgently!
