Woolworths it's a pity we don't have negative stars.
I wish there was an option for a zero rating but this is as low as I can get. I am updating the previous review. It is now 8 days after my initial review and email sent to them. I have been shunted to no less than 4 "customer online "service" consultants after another with no end in sight to this appalling service. I have requested the names and email address of the managers/team leaders in charge so lets see what happens. I will keep this updated.

19 Oct 2022, 11:349 Days later and they cannot/ won't even supply me with the details of any kind of a team leader/ manager, which I requested since their answers are all from supposed "customer service relations" minnions. Yesterday's email to them did not even elicit a response.
It appears that they do not provide staff with the details of who their manager is and even give them an email address for the boss. Weird that we communicate in email/electronically all the time, but they seem to have reverted to the pre dark ages. Maybe they send their communications using clay tablets and cuneiform? Who knows, anything is possible.
