WOOLWORTHS - ITC REPORT NOT UPDATED

I had an account with Woolworths, and it has been paid in full and closed in March 2017 after numerous phone calls, e-mails, and trying to get them to update the account to be closed and to update the ITC report as closed with the 4 major bureau's, well guess what... it still to date has not yet been done, and trying to get feedback from them is like walking into a wall. no one gets back to you, and the service is so so so so bad.
