Woolworths is useless

For the fast 4 to 5 years I have been trying to get assisted on my Woolworths account Due to covid I was retrenched and was unable to make payment and I had fallen in arries I have emails, called, even went in store on how I can sort my account out and Noone was able to help me yet every month til date I flepen get an emailed statement showing me an amount to pay with interest building up more n more this account apparently could not be written off due to not having a retirement policy on it, which I was not spoken to when I first opened this account, this is an on going issue and Woolworths has been pestering me for years now over email statements. Apparently my account could not be found, I am not willing on making payment to this account as Ive requested for help multiple times and I have been black listed due to this
