Best, Best retailer in South Africa, I had a minor complaint 3 weeks ago Woolworths resolved the issue within less than 24 hours. I will always be a customer. Also yesterday myself and my Aunt went shopping at Woolworths Baywest in the homeware and food department 3 sales assistants assisted us with such Friendly and helpful service.
