Woolworths is *******'s

ordered shoes from woolworths onthe 20th of December and received a message on the 23rd that my shoes will be delivered before 17:00 and I never received any communication only when I tracked my order I saw that at 16:54 vehicle breakdown, however no one communicated with me. today I waited for the courier company to deliver for them to call and tell me my order is at their depot in Silverton and there's no driver who will drive out at 13:00 to deliver to Midrand is either I 'll receive them on Friday or I should come collect them at the depot which is far and will cost me a lot to drive that side on Pretoria and the reason I bought the shoes is because I must wear them tomorrow Christmas day and to make things worse am traveling and wont be home on Friday @woolies what must happen now?
