Woolworths is pethetic

I have received my credit card in April were they delivered it at my work. Before I could get the card I had to provide documentation. So I did otherwise how will I get it. A week later on holiday they called me telling me they did not received it so I send it again. 5 days later they send me an email and said I never send it. I send the documents on the 23rd Of April then the 25 of April and the 28th of April. In May they emailed me again and told me I have submit it again so I did. So yesterday the block my card because I never send my documents now they need an affidavit that I am me. 3 months of bank statements and documents of proof were I staid. So email again and proof of all the previous times I send it. But I am sure they won't be happy even with that!!! Incompetence as usually from people that do not know how to do there job...
