Woolworths is pathetic.

Woolworths is supposed to be a leading retailer but they are pathetic and *********** and because I’m not of colour they wipe their ass off of me and I cannot get help that fast. I’ve been waiting five long ****en months for a Woolworths card that I opened on the 14.01.2020 I have been in contact with the store manager of Sonieke Woolworths and how he and his staff is still employed goes beyond me I’ve been fighting with them since before lockdown and nobody has given me any answer a lady in the Sonieke branch instead laughed in my face when I told her I had still on received my card. The store manager doesn’t know what his duties and roles are and he has solved nothing and to make matters worse he has not even apologized but instead kept on passing the buck. I’ve been paying for a card I cannot use I don’t even have the actual card and every time I ask for the regional manager’s number I’m told we cannot give out numbers so I have now given them an hour to have the regional call me and I will be lodging a full complaint to woolworths head office with regards to this. Woolworths your time is up I have bluffed for too long and today we make a reality that you do not treat customers like this it’s pathetic and I classify you all as a brunch of *********** human beings running a **** show.
