Woolworths is overrated

I ordered stuff online on Tuesday morning I was assured that my stuff will be delivered on Thursday, only to get a message today 05/11/2020 that saying they running an hour and 30 minutes late that was around 12 noon its already 19:38 without any communication. This is the Woolworths that they pride themselves on service this is some poor service overall
