Woolworths is not WORTH my time.

Dis- satisfied and rather disgusted by the service. I walked in to the Woolworths pinecrest store as per normal to Layby some items as I know there will be a Sale on Friday and I might have a problem getting the right size. Little did I know that it was all a waste of my time. Only to get to the till and be told that specific department was closed at five, there is no notice of such and I was not even offered to have the items kept aside for a re- try tomorrow. So much for making a difference and being customer centric, South Africa has really gone to the dogs!!!
