Woolworths is not Quality at all!

It’s a nightmare to get a response from Woolworths of late. I complained about long ridiculous queues at Maponya mall in Feb and I’m still waiting for the Admin manager to come back to me with feedback regarding their *********** customer service managers attitude on the day..I’m still waiting with baited breath for feedback. I logged a complaint about the quality of their woolies tissue and I got feedback 5 -6weeks later with vouchers that I couldn’t redeem as they were faulty and I’ve escalated this three to four weeks back and still no response Is Woolworths now running a micky mouse club house ? This is beyond ridiculous where one has to follow up a million times and still not getting acknowledged
