Woolworths is not loyal!

I always overpay my Woolworths account, have never caused them a problem. So I didn't pay R299 for one month but will settle on the 25th as I always do, but I find out at the til my card is blocked. Really!? My payment history means nothing to them. I just want to settle that account and close it, this is utter bull ****, especially since I was sold expired desert but looked past it. I don't think I have ever been more angry in my life, just left everything I was buying and vowed to close my account and my mother's.
