WOOLWORTHS IS NOT FOLLOWING THIER RETURN POLICY

My aunt went to Woolworths in Parow Centre, to make an exchange but she lost her slip now and their policy says "If you don't have the till slip, we will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current system price" but they allowed my aunt to do so please help
