Woolworths is not a premier store any longer.

Woolworths truly has to be one of the most pathetic online stores in the country. They have a serious problem with their stock management which they make their customers problem every time they shop online. Their favourite trick is to limit each customer to an inane number of units of a particular item for example Coconut Yoghurt. When you need to buy say 4 tubs of Coconut Yoghurt ( because you have a biggish family with healthy appetites ) they might decide on any given day you are only allowed to purchase 1 tub, even though you need 4. What Woolworths does not seem to understand about this insane practice is that if you can not get the number of units of an item that you need then you have to come back in say a couple of days to get the rest of what you need ( that's if Woolworths has even managed to jack up the stock they have by then ) and every time you order it costs you because you have to pay for delivery and for Woolworths wasting your time. They just don't seem to get it because they continue this inane practice and don't seem to make any effort to fix the problem. What makes this practice even more stupid is that often despite you ordering a certain number of units of an item ( because arrogant little Woolworths has actually deigned to give you some of their precious stock ) that number of units don't get delivered, Woolworths does not have stock ( despite limiting you online ) and so they just quietly remove those units from your order and when you are going through your order when it is delivered you find out you are missing all sorts of things. I've emailed Woolworths about this problem and I am told it's because they only get a certain amount stock as an allocation. Heaven forbid the *****s there should actually just request their allocation is increased. Oh no, Woolworths would rather inconvenience all its online customers than change it's pathetic little stock allocation. I have come to loathe Woolworths because of this and they have become a grudge purchase for me.
