Woolworths is like a breath of fresh air

I bought some clothing items at Woolworths store at Westgate Mall in Mitchell's Plain. We forgot to take the receipt or misplaced it. I contacted the store as we needed to return some items. The next day we went back, and the cashier named Tatum assisted me. She re-printed the document, and I could return and exchange the items with no fuss. The manager was also very helpful. I cannot remember her name. These days I'm so used to getting bad service and when staff go the extra mile for customers it is like a breath of fresh air. Big ups to Tatum and the manager on duty for that specific day. Keep up the good work.
