Woolworths is becoming a lower end retail store!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from from Woolworths. I bought a few items during black Friday on the online store. When my items arrived I noticed that the one was missing. I then called the customer service line whereby I was told that the missing item had become unavailable and therefore could not be delivered. This was upsetting as I bought these items on the Black Friday deal. I asked if they were going to honor that deal and substitute the item. The guy said they don't substitute clothing items and THERES NO GAUNRANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR ITEM WHEN YOU DO A PURCHASE FROM THE ONLINE STORE!!! What the hell filliping nonsense is that!!!! So basically when you purchase anything from the online store you have to cross your fingers and hope that you will receive. Extremely disappointing to see that Woolworths is becoming like a lower end retail store and not what it used to stand for back in the day when I was growing up.
