Woolworths is ********* and unfeeling

My complaint is 2 fold: 1- Dread disease claim 2- Unaffordable debits I have been battling with a dread disease claim with Woolworths for over a year. I am a single mom and Woolworths went ahead and debited my account with R3000 without my permission. This is food out my children's mouth!! Last month I had the same issue. Your conduct is *********. I will be cancelling my debit order. As for my dread disease, I have no words. There is no sympathy and I'm disgusted.
