a *****elent account was opened under my name and woolworths promised to close it back in Jan but I still get calls fro unpaid installment and they promised to close it after they sent me a letter of ********** account closer. now when I checked my transunion it says installment is R16k. this has affected my credit score and now I cant buy a house.
