Woolworths is a Disapointment

In 2016 i went to Woolworths food Mall of Africa and they gave me a cash card which they said i will earn points everytime i buy... i immidiately purchased items at a Value R2120 and ever since then i have been doing my Grocery and some clothing shopping at Woolwoths but few months ago when i went to shop at Woolwoths Ghandi square i was told that my card was never registered. I feel ****ed by this big company like woolworths. I need all my points back and compensated for this false information or *********** of woolworths staff.
