Woolworths is a ******** organisation

Woolworths online shopping continues to charge for items that they don't deliver. Stopped using them for 6 months or so because they never refunded me for missing items that they acknowledge were not delivered, because they admitted that they were not in stock. First time using them again yesterday (one or two things that they had that I needed) and there are items missing again. I guess it is to be expected with such a company.
