Woolworths is a circus

I had a dispute with Woolworths with an account since November 2023.

I paid the account on a settlement discount.

They claimed they never received payments.

It took me 8 months and finally had ir resolved after not one employee at Woolworths could do what I did .

In the interim I had received information including the ww bank details the money was paid into.

The is over R250000.00 of unclaimed money as it is there suspense account.

As a client I am disgusted that I had to resolve my own query.

I know need to resolve my final account with them and it's starting all over
