Woolworths is a bullsjit store

I have store card say I had an account with Wooolwoths.‘nome tome when I went to shop I realised that my credit limit had increase d by 6thousand rands. On the neat statement I want informe I needed to pay 6thousand ends as the amount that reflected on my credit available was a mistake due to load shedding. I paid it, then the next month another horrifying amount followed. I tried to make payment arrangements to update the account but their rude call centre that can’t even speak English well tell me to pay R38 000 or fave legal action. This also imcoeed their ****** debt collectors I don’t sit and pop money I have explained that I was in a horrific accident that had my breast to be operated 4 times. They want to put a gun on your head to commit to a amount that u know u won’t affford as I still have medical bills. A sane person would know that once medical bills are sorted out then one can push their things to get back to order. I pay the store directly and refused to be bul**** by people that can’t even pronouse my name correctly. Since Woolworths is into money And loosing the integrity of valuing Thor or old customers I asked one of the consultants that I’d she can be able to scream to me like that on the phone maybe she can borrow me and Jen I am in better financial space I will pay her back as I had to operate a breast that raptured 4 times and everyone knows health is life othewise they won’t work or be able to afford their make up that looks like clay or peanut butter. Teach them manners. If u go back to records u would realise that my account was comducted properly then the breast issue arose as it my child is home I can’t afford to send him to school whilst they live on waste profits that make them feel they rule the world. Woolies forgetting that the money we pay goes towards they make up and living expenses. To top it al the lawyers they appointed can’t speak English and have the nerve to talk to people like they are falling from trees. This tendencies come when people think they have made it and one day there will be shift and U will remember the dolls that supported for years.
