On Black Friday (2019) I bought 5 tubs of TIN ROOF ICE Cream.

On a random day, while my son (5 years old) was having a bowl of ice cream, BOOOOOOOOM a nail (approximately half my little finger) in his mouth from the ice cream.

Wrote to Woolworths and they could only say ‘sorry’ with a R200 gift voucher. What if it was swallowed? …………….. They can be very insensitive towards their customer’s shame.
