Woolworths invading privacy and ignoring customer rights

Refused entry into Woolworths (Kensington, Dbn North) when I declined to be scanned. Was carrying keys, wallet and phone in my hands - no bag and clearly nothing in my pockets. Manager refused to give me her full details and refused to answer any of my questions. Told her I would do this - short fat lady by name of Geraldine. Utter **** from Woolworths
