WOOLWORTHS INSURANCE NO RESPONSE!!

We have been trying since 1 April 2020 to make contact with Woolworth's Insurance (Balance Protection Insurance)......send several e-mails, can see that emails were delivered and read BUT NOT RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!!! No contact no that actually works....(obviously due to Covid 19) not much help on their web page...what is this??? Can somebody provide me with contact details where I would actually be able to speak to a person???? Desperate!!!
