Woolworths Insurance is Either a Money Making Farce or a Blatant ****?

I have had a Woolworths Account for over 13 years, I was recently unfairly dismissed from my job and the matter has been referred to an attorney by my Union. I have approached Woolworths Insurance well in advance of any default on my part, rather than jumping through hoops to help they are jumping through hoops to avoid initiating the cover that I have dutifully paid for, for all these years. Their policy stipulates that you will only be covered "if your account is in good standing" but Woolworths Insurance will be the reason that my account will shortly not be in good standing, what a farce. Don't waste the extra money on Woolworths Insurance, actually rather don't waste any money on Woolworths at all. They have no loyalty to their customers and no honour. Pathetic!
