Woolworths Insurance a **** & a lie

Woolworths Insurance on the personal loan is a lie,I was retrenched earlier in 2020, I emailed Woolworths all my documentation to show my retrenchment including an affidavit that due to the national lockdown it was impossible to get interviews for another job. Woolworths instead continued charging me & eventually listed me as a bad payer on the credit bureau. How am I expected to raise my daughter as a single parent without being able to get credit. I need a tablet for her for school but because of Woolworths personal loan, I cannot get the tablet for my daughter. You are truly a disappointment for such a big brand. I have been raising my daughter alone without her father's help, don't even know where he is. You have made my life a nightmare & my daughter will be disappointed because of you Woolworths, you have no hearts
