Woolworths Insurance - A ****!

<p>I've been paying an Insurance premium to Woolies insurance for over 4 years, never missed a payment and have been a diligent non claiming policyholder. Now I go through a traumatic experience, and I need to claim on my Woolworths cellphone insurance, I've been sent from pillar to post ... branch staff tell me that Woolworths cellphone insurance does not exist, no record of any policy of mine... nothing. They collect money from me for years... and now no one at Woolies can help me in any way. What a ****!</p>
