Woolworths injury

Let's all start on the same note, the foods & drinks are pretty decent(points scored), but the reason for my low rating would be that I would like to have some answers & better respect when we're dealing with family injuries caused a couple of years ago by your branch situated by the Langverwaght shopping centre(Kuilsriver), & still after dealing just the tip of the iceberg that we've got to face every day are not pleasant & we don't know about our future together as each one of us living together as a family need each other. Well, to top up the story even further, our 'so-called-credit-card' that had been provided before the injury are 'depleted', & now we're facing with the card to pay off the debt, but unfortunately for us our gratitude received back were a bunch of flowers.
