Woolworths, incorrect delivery for items that cannot be returned

I bought items online using the w app. I ordered navy XXL hosiery but got what looks like a size medium or large black pantyhose labelled XXL and Navy. The worst part is I am not even allowed to return such products..... what is to be done now given that this is clearly fault on your part?

The curtain I ordered was correct. So at least that order was correct. I also got the delivery in the time slot I selected..... Thus the 2 stars. You will get three extra stars when in addition to the above 1. Send me the correct product 2. In the correct size 3. Labelled correctly
