Woolworths *********** Appointed Attorneys Harassing Wrong Person

Your debt collectors, MBD Legal Collections have been harassing me for months, for the debt of a person I have never met. I have told them I do not know this person and neither does anyone in my complex. Today I received a summons addressed to this ghost that I do not know. Not only that, but they have given me your customer's personal information in violation of POPI. I suggest you tell them to do their jobs properly and leave me alone. In fact, if they cannot listen to people who tell them where not to look for someone and if they violate the law, then perhaps Woolworths should not be using their services at all. Sort it out, Woolworths!
