Woolworths ***********

06/09/2019 15:******, I went to woolies at Lemon Tree, Alberton and I bought Whipping(UHT) Cream (bar code ***)L774/CAD1/03:42 Expiry date 17.04.2020, then I used it over the weekend , week later when I wanted to use the cream I realize is watery not creamy anymore, 19/09/2019 I spoke to Vuyo the consultant and she provided me with ref no:*** and I was told that I will get a call from Woolworths ,I never did , 30/09/2019 I called Woolworths again and I spoke to Zahara the consultant again she said woolies will send me an email and call me , I never receive or get a call from them, I am so much disappointed with service that they don't bothers to call me with regards to my complain. Woolies I am not impressed with your service.
