Woolworths incompetany

I have a Woolworths store card, I made 3 payments via eft using the wrong Reference number, woolworths financial services refused to allocate payments and after 6months of strugling and my acvount being placed as default destroying my cresdit score they managed to allocate my payments as if the 3 payments was made in one month. The attorney company MBD is just a useless as I have mailed my proof of payments and banks staements showing payments and they just refuse to help. Just want to cut a deal for me to pay my account.

I have never seen such incompotant group of profesional poeple refusing to help because it is not there department. Needles to say my problems have not been resolved and I have lost a my credit rate. Thank you woolworths
