Woolworths in the Glen

I would like to share the following, on Tuesday I bought a packet of Chai Rusks which were on special., at Woolworths in the Glen. The rusks was something new, and we wanted to try it out, the rusks smelt bad and tasted awful, we actually felt v bad. Today we went to Southgate as we could not go back to the Glen as it is not near us. Anyway at the Southgate mall I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Thando, I explained the problem to him and he was quite professional and assisted me even though I did not have my slip. He refunded my money and I asked him to compensate me with another packet of rusks which he did. Thank you Thando. Woolworths please check your stock as this was a v bad experience by buying such old and smelly rusks.
