Woolworths in Cresta Mall (Witchery Brand is a nightmare,their service is unacceptable

I was very disappointed about Woolworths in Witchery @ Cresta Mall. I saw a dress online,but they didn’t have that my size. I sent a request through Woolworths Head Office. I gave the all the details of that Dress. They gave me the Stores that had the dress and the size that I was looking for as well. They said Cresta has size 12 and 14 and others. On the 4th of November,I called Woolworths Cresta in the Witchery Department. I have never met such horrible service from.other Woolworths until Cresta. The lady who answered the phone,was so rude.dhe raised a voice on me. All I wanted was to confirm if the dress that I was looking they have.or not. She started by saying the that I am looking for they don’t have. I said can you please check in the system,just to verify if you really don’t have I have the Stule No. She totally refused,that’s when she started being rude and raising voice,saying that she already told me that they don’t have the dress you want. I then said to her please you don’t raise a voice on me,that’s rude,by doing this clearly you don’t have work Ethics. I ended up dropping the phone because of her disgusting attitude. I hope the consultants have attended,Customer satisfaction,or any customer Service training. I hope Woolworths will do something regarding this complaint. I will also appreciate iif Woolworths can follow up with this complaint and take further steps. I would like if Head office can call the stores that have stock in this item. If they don’t I will take it further.
