Woolworths ignores rotten slimy vegetables in a roasting bag

I got rotten slimy vegetables in WW Mediterranean Roasting bag when I tried using them before their sell by date. I emailed *** which promises a reply in 48 hours. I enclosed a photo of the rotting vegetables. Some vegetables seemed fine but of course contaminated. A reminder after two days produced nothing. After 10 days I got a boilerplate reply where the blanks were not even filled in. Said I should return them! Well, they were rotten at the start. I do not keep compost in my fridge. I said that (a bit more politely) in a reply but to date there has been no response. They even sent an email to say the case was “resolved”. My response that it was not resolved was also ignored. It was obvious that the bag was filled with old vegetables at packaging. Woolworths does not care.
