Woolworths ignores Online Customer Services Queries, after receiving wrong products or lack of products shall I say.
I ordered long stem proteas from Woolworths Online for mother's day. In the image, there was 5 x protea long stem per item. So I ordered - 4 x proteas long stem items. Based on the picture on your website, they come as a bouquet of 5 proteas per item. So I ordered 4 x 5 in order to have a really large bouquet of 20 flowers. I understand that there is some variation in colour / size at times, but we only received 7 protea flowers. I don't think 7 out of 20 expected is sufficient.
It is incredibly disappointing and I do feel let down and mistreated as you area very clearly falsely advertising 5 flowers and then only send about a quarter of what is on the picture. It is not acceptable and definitely needs to be addressed.
My sister ordered tulips from Woolworths online for the same event - they arrived almost dead and in an awful condition.
I emailed Woolworths customer service, they seem to behave in the same way as many bigger companies - completely ignore their customer complaints.
I received the following message:
"Dear Ms Cronje Thank you for your email and bringing your comlaint to our attention. Please be advised that I have forwarded your email and pictures to our Online Services Department to assist you.

I have since not heard a word from Woolworths Online Services Department. I am utterly disappointed as I spend thousands of Rands in Woolworths on a yearly basis and I expect better treatment than this.
