Woolworths I want my provident fund money

I was working for Woolworths Waterstone in Cape town and on the 27th of July 2024I went awol then on the 8th of August 2024 I was dismissed. Then a month later I contacted Alexander Forbes about my provident fund money and they said they didn't get my application then I called the HR at my store they said they sent all my necessary documents to the Head Office, I then waited for another month which is end of September I then called again at Alexander Forbes they told me the same thing, again end of October I called them still same answer I then contacted my HR and she said they sent everything to the Head office my case is no longer up to then I emailed the lady at the Head office her name is Cindy Visagie that was two weeks ago she said she will contact Alexander Forbes and get back to me she has never get back to me I then email her again Monday to find out how far she never rep****. I mean this is my money they were deducting and it has never take thing long and it's like they haven't sent my documents this is gonna be the 4th month
