Woolworths I want my paid up letter now

I Have requested a paid up letter from them and they still haven't sent it to me. this is after numerous follow up calls to them and every time I am told to wait 48 hours. they are quick to submit me under dept review after only 1 missed payment and I had been a customer for years. they are now failing to do just 1 thing that is holding up a lot of things *angry*
